Product Description:
Jarytherm® DBT is a synthetic heat transfer fluid made from a blend of dibenzyltoluene isomers. It is designed for heat transfer installations using fluid circulation.
 
Applications:
  1. Suitable for heat transfer installations operating from 0°C to +350°C in bulk (up to 370°C in the film) without air contact.
  2. Mainly used in the chemical and plastics transformation industries, such as barrel extruders.
Specifications:
  1. Conforms to ISO 6743/12 class L-QD-350.
  2. Successfully passes the following thermal stability tests (1000h, 350°C):
  3. ASTM D6743
  4. DIN 51528
  5. GB/T 23800-2009
Advantages:
  1. Extended Drain Interval: Can be used for a long period without forming carbon deposits, maintaining heat exchange characteristics.
  2. Working Safety: Excellent stability to thermal cracking and resistance to oxidation, even with limited exposure to oxygen.
