Product Description
Spanjaard Brake Cleaner is a heavy duty specialised spray for the removal of brake pad phenolic resins, brake pad dust & other brake pad degradation products. Contains no surface active agents or soaps.

Applications

A specially developed spray. It removes brake pad phenolic resins, brake pad dust and other brake pad degradation products with the aim of giving an improved contact surface, which has the following benefits:

- Reduces disc brake squeal.

- Improves brake performance.

- Fast drying with no residue.

- Meets European Economic Union require-ments for dust free maintenance.

Brake pad squeal normally comes from 'chatter' of the brake pad backing plate on the calliper and can be cured by applying a smear of Spanjaard Copper Compound on the back of the backing plate.

 

Application Instruction

- Remove wheel and expose brake system.

- Spray can in upright position, liberally onto COOL brake surfaces

- Collect flush residue with a tray.

- Wipe surface with a clean dry cloth or allow to air dry.

- Replace wheel.
