Application 

These greases are suitable for use in all types of antifriction, plain bearings and sliding surfaces. Typical industrial applications are anti friction bearings, low and high speed general bearings, oven conveyors, electric motor bearings, steel mill roller bearings, crusher bearings, die pins, construction and agricultural equipment.

 

It is also designed for all kind of heavy duty applications, including marine, offshore, cement, still and paper industry, mining, agriculture and forestry, off highway and other industrial as well as automotive.

Application Instruction

LUBTEX HP Heavy Duty Grease can be applied by hand, or by using a standard grease gun or via a central lubricating system designed for and capable of pumping an NLGI No.2 grease. As with all greases used for the first time, check compatibility with the grease applied previously and if necessary purge bearings prior to application. Take care not to overlubricate and apply the quantity of grease recommended by the bearing manufacturer.
